A photo taken by NASA on the surface of Mars that appears to show a “door” on the Red Planet has once again sparked speculation on the internet.

“There are linear cracks all over this outcrop, and this is a place where several linear cracks intersect,” said scientists from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), who also emphasized that the so-called “door” is only 30 cm wide by 45 cm long.
